*  A lot of people think.... that once they have paid for a photograph, it is theirs for unlimited use. Unfortunately, it is not quite        that easy.

*  The truth is... that photographs are included in the Law of Copyright. According to this law, the photographer owns all rights      of his photos. Thus, a photograph can not be used without the photographers consent.

 *  Therefore, a photograph cannot be scanned, duplicated, or copied in any way – including downloading from the internet -           without an agreement with the photographer about a Right of Use of the photograph. A Right of Use gives the customer the       right to use the photograph for the purpose (printing, advertisments, use on the internet, etc) and at a price agreed on.               This Right of Use can not be transferred or sold on to others.

*  Right of Use can cover a one time use of the photograph. If the customer wishes to use the same photo e.g. for reprinting or      in the same advertisement several times, half the price for the first time use will be charged.

*  The Right of Use can also cover unlimited use. The customer may then use the photograph for printing, advertisements,             internet, etc. as often and as many times the customer wishes.
